“You” or “your” means the person, company or other legal entity that is accepting this Privacy Policy (this “Policy”). “We,” “us” or “our” means Consolidated Graphics, Inc. ("Consolidated Graphics")

Your privacy is very important to us. We recognize that when you choose to provide us with information about yourself while using our website, you trust us to act in a responsible manner. Accordingly, we have developed this Policy in order for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate and disclose personal information.

Consolidated Graphics reserves the right to change this Policy at any time. If it becomes necessary to make changes to this Policy, such changes will be indicated on www.cgx.com (the “Site”). INFORMATION COLLECTION

Consolidated Graphics does not collect personal information from you as a requirement to navigate a majority of the Site. However, Consolidated Graphics does collect some personal information about you to handle certain requests from you. Your submission of personal information to us is entirely voluntary, and by submitting your personal information, you are expressly and voluntarily agreeing to the terms and conditions of this Policy.

We may also request an e-mail address when you submit an inquiry through the “Contact Us” portion of the Site, so that we may respond. We collect the e-mail address for the sole one-time purpose of responding to the inquiry, and delete the e-mail address afterwards. If you send us additional e-mails to follow-up on your inquiry or you send us e-mail through other channels, your e-mail address and any information included in your e-mails may be archived by us.

We may also request personal information when you apply for employment with Consolidated Graphics. The personal information that Consolidated Graphics collects may include your contact information, including your name and e-mail address, your title, company name and address, and telephone number.

The exact information collected may vary, depending on your particular use of the Site.
We collect and use your personal information solely with the objective of fulfilling those purposes specified by us and for other compatible purposes. We only retain your personal information as long as necessary for the fulfillment of such purposes.

We may collect information from you automatically when you visit the Site, which may include the name of the domain and host from which you accessed the Internet; the Internet protocol (IP) address of your computer; your type of browser and software operating system; the date and time the user accessed the Site; and the IP address of the Site from which you linked to the Site. ACCESS TO THE INFORMATION

Consolidated Graphics does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others, but may use personal information you provide to support and enhance your relationship with Consolidated Graphics and its affiliated companies. Consolidated Graphics will also use the information provided by you in order to handle your requests and to provide you with better customer service. Examples of such use include authorizing transactions and providing you with Consolidated Graphics’ marketing material via email or postal mail. Occasionally, Consolidated Graphics will hire a third party to act on its behalf for projects such as market research surveys and may provide your personal information to these third parties for use in connection with these projects.

Consolidated Graphics may also use or disclose your personal information when Consolidated Graphics believes, in good faith, that such use or disclosure is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements, or (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of Consolidated Graphics, Consolidated Graphics’ users, or others. Consolidated Graphics reserves the right to transfer and disclose your information if it becomes involved in a business divestiture, change of control, sale, merger, or acquisition of all or a part of its business.

Consolidated Graphics shall have no obligation to maintain or provide copies of any of your personal information and may, unless legally prohibited, delete all of your personal information in our systems or otherwise in our possession or under our control. We may also retain all or a subset of your personal information for business or legal purposes.

While Consolidated Graphics strives to protect your personal information, Consolidated Graphics does not ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us, and you submit your information at your own risk.
